What We Are:

Cyclo Sportif is an incorporated cycling organisation in Western Australia. We are dedicated to organising cycling events that are challenging and fun. Our event format is based around teams of 4 to 9 riders who complete a challenging course. At the end of each event we hold a social function and presentations. The presentations revolve around incidents that have occurred during the event and usually result in lots of laughs. Each team's time is recorded on the day and the times are posted on the Cyclo Sportif web site the following week.

The Events:

The event is not a race and there are no acknowledgements on the day for winners or fastest times. It is the ideal format for serious recreational cyclists to improve their skills, enjoy the team spirit and the camaraderie with other members of the club. After our first season, without any membership promotion, we became the biggest cycling club in Western Australia. In 2010 we now have over 9000 members and friend, many of whom regular take part in the Cyclo Sportif Events.

Our 2010 event calendar has been finalized. Click here to check this year's events. In each of the official events we present 3 AWARD JERSEYS to riders who demonstrate certain "qualities" during the event. "Winners" come from nominations by team members and range from acts of bravery to acts of stupidity. It is all "tongue in cheek" and is lots of fun.
Requirements: This is your opportunity to be a part of this highly successful formula in 2010, promoting your business and supporting a healthy lifestyle organisation with a lot of fun mixed in. We are seeking NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR and BIKE SHOP SPONSORS for 6 official events in our 2010 Calendar.
In addition there is an opportunity to become the official jersey sponsor for one of our three AWARD JERSEYS which are awarded at the conclusion of each event.
We are also seeking a sponsor in 2009 for the EVENT NUMBERS which every rider displays on their jersey at each event and the RESULTS PAGE.
Promotion: The NAMING RIGHTS SPONSOR is posted on all our event promotions (except for pre-season publications) including this web site and you can display banners and use other promotional effects on the day. Your company name is acknowledged at briefings and presentations with the corporate name being used to name the event.
As an AWARD JERSEY sponsor you will have your corporate name printed on the back, front, sides and sleeves of the jersey (6 event jerseys produced) and will be similarly acknowledged during our presentations at all six events and on this web site. You will also receive a unique AWARD JERSEY at the conclusion of the last 2010 event.
Ideas: We are open to all ideas on sponsorship which can benefit you and support our club.
